You can use the Report problem function if you want personal advice on the BOS program. The other programs (that can be started by BOS) have their own Help and report problem functions.
Make sure that the event that you have problems with is selected (active) when you Report problem. Then follow the instruction in the message that is displayed (see illustration to the right).
