The Default Game Settings dialog contains the same options as the [current] Game Settings dialog with one exception

Select Settings from Scoring software if you want to give the settings in the database that the scoring program creates priority.The principle when this alternative is enabled is that:

i. Default settings are superseded by the settings coming from the scoring program.

ii. The (possibly superseded) default settings can be changed in the Game Settings dialog.

iii. If the BridgeTab Control is closed and then reopened the Game Settings will come up as you (last) saved them. i.e. the settings from the scoring software will be ignored at restarts.

Scoring program always overrule the default setting
Some scoring programs overrule your default settings even though you have selected Default. Click the CANCEL button and re-open the settings dialog if this would happen.
