Report Problem

You should use the TD menu Problem & Bid log button on the BridgeTab if you have a problem related to the tabletop. The Report Problem will appear on the Desktop as a .zip file named Report_the name of the event.zip.

Bid log
The btapp_bid.log is found in the DUMP subfolder. The bid data is listed in table, round, board order.

Failure
You should check the connection, i.e. the WiFi status, first on the tablet and then on the PC if the log file is not transmitted as it should.
