ADDING A PAIR You need not do anything if you disregarded that one pair was missing when you selected movement. c.f. the headline Start with even number of pairs in the Manual.
Start with a half table You need to modify the movement in the scoring program if you started with a missing pair. The missing pair (pair no. zero) should get its normal pair no. according to the movement from the round when the change shall take place (usually round 2).
Start with even number of pairs We recommend that you use the standard technics if you have no vacant space and want to add a pair, i.e.: i. Append a pair ii. Insert a rover
If you change the movement entirely, i.e. you add (a half) table, you need to see that no pair will replay any board(s). c.f. what it says about Adding a table in the Manual.
REGISTRATION OF MEMBER ID The late players should preferably register when and where they start playing. You can alternatively register late arrivers in the control software's name dialog (Ctrl-N).
COMMUNICATION The tables that are concerned by the change of movement must communicate with BTC. That is to say, you will either have to check that the affected tables’ cells in the grid are green or set COM required to a sufficiently high number.
