REMEDIES
You need to remove all licences when the licence (Data) folder has been corrupted. The licences are found in C:\ProgramData\Bridgetab but they are hidden by Windows. The directory may instead be C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Bridgetab in older Windows versions.

 Tick the "Hidden items" option in the View tab of the File Explorer (see illustration below) to make the licences visible..Trash all licences but be careful to not touch any other files!

REINSTALL REMEDIES
Use the Activate paid licences in the Buy & renew dialog to reinstall the licences if the Scoring PC is online, otherwise paste the license code(s) one by one into the System/Load licence code dialog that you open via the System menu..
