You will get this message when the sorting is held up for some reason.
It could be that the card sensors have been blocked too long or that the sorting takes much longer than normal.
Please be careful when you clear the card path when the cards have clashed so that you do not damage the gates (the flaps catching the cards).
You should study the Maintenance instruction if the message would be displayed without any apparent reason.
