Random data is generated by the operator's mouse movements and how fast (s)he acts (changes boards, etc).
The PC's time stamp is used as seed when the aforementioned, true random factors are missing. There is no need to be alarmed by the message "Default random data…" as the time stamp is a good enough random factor for most purposes. You can discard the first set of deals and start a new BOS event if you want to be 100% sure.
Check that you run the program with full (Administrator) rights if the message is displayed every time you create a new BOS event.
