There has been some sort of disturbance if communication is lost during duplication. First, check that the communication cable is properly connected at both ends before clicking OK in the warning message.
Communication should be resumed after OK. We advice you to start from scratch if the Lost Communication message would be displayed. That is to say:
1. Power off the machine 2. Close Dupsoft and BOS 3. Power on the machine 4. Start DupSoft via BOS
You have to follow the four points above if BOS has been closed. i.e. you get the message "BOS not running".
