CORRECT CARD COUNT
You should first of all suspect that a gate has left its rest position in the front panel if the machine suddenly starts to sort the cards incorrectly. It could also be that a gate has been bent (as a result of a severe card jam) and needs to be adjusted.
INCORRECT CARD COUNT
i. Avoid strong light in the card count.
ii. Clean the last card counter.
