COULDN'T OPEN LOGFILE
You need to distinguish between the two cases:
- first start
- subsequent start
First start
The message "Could not open log file" is displayed if you do not have rights to run the program. Remedy: Start the program as Administrator.
The message can also be caused by unexpected characters in the file name. Remedy: Create a new BOS event..
Subsequent start
The message is displayed if the program or one of its components is running in the background. Remedy: Restart PC
IN EMERGENCY
You can remove (delete) the logfile.txt file that you find in C:\BOS\DupSoft.if nothing else helps.
