You are advised to first run the diagnostics and then use the Report Problem function if you cannot solve the problem by yourself.
Note that the event that you experienced problems with has to be selected and active (opened) when you report a problem.
Enter the asked for information and press Save to create the report. Then email the file starting with the date and ending with "support.zip" that you find on the desktop to the address stated in the information message that appears after Save..
