Press the orange TD button to call the tournament director. Your call will be confirmed by a message telling your position in the queue.
Try (press TD) again if your call would fail.
Finally it can happen that your call has been duly received because the TD could not be reached.
LICENCE MISSING OR n/a
The TD call option requires a supplementary licence for the number of tables that shall have this option.
You can use BT Admin’s Buy and renew button to get TD call licence(s).
TD call not enabled
This message indicates that the PC program is too old to use TD call. That is to say, the current BOS package needs to be installed before you can use the TD function. (The BOS package can be downloaded free of charge.)
