You should first of all check that the deck is not faulty if you get this message repeatedly (on the same deck).
There has been a misread of either the last card distributed to North, or an earlier card if the deck is correct. You should, in both cases, put the already distributed cards back into the hopper and make another try.
The deck should be replaced/corrected if the same deck gives the same error message repeatedly.
You are advised to read the service instructions and/or use the Report problem option that you find in the Help menu, if you get this error message randomly on several deals in the set.
