No data is lost when you close the BridgeScorer control and the tabletop units will continue to run in offline mode, but you should not quit the software unless you are finished.
If you tick the box "Do not show again", and regret your choice, you can bring it back by editing the BridgeScorer settings file that you find in the BOS folder. (Or you can ask support to help you if you have a service contract.)
