You need not be too alarmed if a table´s row does not become all green during the session. But when the session is finished all rows MUST be green (or some results will not be considered by the scoring software).
The usual remedy is to bring the tabletop unit that appears red in the matrix closer to the WiFi base, and initiate upload of the results from there. See the no communication page if that does not help.
