That rounds "have disappeared" is normal. They will reappear with the updated movement after restart.
Just let the players continue to report results until the button Start with updated movement appears in the upper right corner of BridgeScorer Control's main interface.
Relocate boards and players, if necessary, before you start with the updated movement.
BUTTON NEVER SHOWS
If the Start with updated movement does not show even though all tables have reported all boards before the update point, i.e. when the grid is all green, it is because one, or several, tables have not yet come to their START screens. The easiest method to bring them to the START screen is to ask the players to report any result on their tabletop. This will make the tabletop show its START screen and the Bridge Scorer Control to show the Start with updated movement button.
