You should use the TD menu Problem & Bid log button on the BridgeTab if you have a problem related to the tabletop.
Note that it requires at least two steps to report a problem:
1. REPORT PROBLEM IN TD MENU The Report Problem button in the TD menu generates a file that is sent to the BOS program that is running on the PC.
2. REPORT PROBLEM IN BOS Use the Report Problem option that you find in BOS’s Help menu to email your report to the support team.
CRASHES Please submit a crash report to Google if the network is connected to the Internet. Note that you have to submit a Report Problem as described in the next paragraph if the tablet is not connected to the Internet.
Note that you should submit a Report Problem as described under pp. 1-2 above and state what situation you were in just before the crash.
BID LOG The bid log is sent to the Control Software from where you can open it via the View menu.
