You can select any image that is shown in the Windows dialog that is displayed when you click the Select button. The image is automatically scaled to the same height as the headlines when Reduced size is ticked.
Headers
You should enter the headlines that you want to appear EVERY time. Note that Add event name and Add date means that these parameters are ADDED (i.e. appended) to the right hand side headlines.
Paper size, Margins & Orientation
Our advice is that you first of all set the key parameters, i.e. the size of the paper, the margins required by your printer and orientation (upright or oblong).
Number of deals (max)
You have to tell how many boards you want per page (at most) and you can limit the number of deals across if you so wish.
The program will scale the fonts to make the characters as large as possible. You can untick Automatic scaling if you prefer to adjust the scaling manually.
Each deal
You can experiment with the settings to fit your requirement.
Makable contracts can be shown either as tricks taken (1-13) or as contract level (1-7).
Optimum result displays the best contract on the deal.
Actual results should only be ticked if the results are in the BOS system. This is so because the high card points (HCP) cannot be shown at the same time as the results.
