You are advised to first run the diagnostics and then use the Report Problem function if you cannot solve the problem by yourself.
Note that the event that you experienced problems with has to be selected and active (opened) when you report a problem.
Enter the asked for information and press Save to create the report. Then email the file starting with the date and ending with "support.zip" that you find on the desktop to the address stated in the information message that appears after Save.
DEBUG MODE The Support staff might ask you to Switch on Debug mode as this will make the log file in the Report Problem more comprehensive.
Enable debug mode Make sure that that a DupSoft dialog is active (the header shall be coloured as shown in the Insert board message to the right).
Use the DELETE button and check that the the Debug enabled message appears.
Disable debug mode Use the DELETE button to change (back) to normal mode and check that the action is confirmed by a message.
