You can send images of your cards' design to the help desk if you for some reason cannot use Teach yourself.
The send images function is reached via BOS's main user interface where you can use the Shift-alt-ctrl-T command.
ORDER OF THE CARDS
The deck to be added must be sorted in ascending order, i.e. with the club deuce in the bottom of the hopper. You should put a second deck on top of the one with new design to make sure that it is fed properly.
SEND IMAGES
At the end of the process you will get a message telling where to send the images.
PICTURES
You should also send reference pictures of the cards with distinctive design, typically one card of each rank and the card(s) marked with brand name.
Scanned images are best and mobile photos are better than nothing.
